Shipping & Delivery

Where collection is available for a product, you can choose Pickup / Collection at checkout. No delivery charge applies to collection orders.

Collect from us at our store (address available on the Visit page).

Please bring your order number and, where relevant, proof of payment. Some items are marked collection only because of transport restrictions or because the price is confirmed in store.

Where a delivery fee can be calculated for your order and destination, it is shown at checkout before you pay, so you always see the amount before the payment step.

If a delivery cost cannot be determined automatically for your location, order size or product type, your order is placed without a delivery charge and we confirm the delivery cost with you before dispatch. Nothing extra is charged without your agreement, and we never quote an estimated or invented fee.

If you are not happy with the confirmed delivery cost, you may cancel the delivery portion of the order before dispatch or switch to collection where the product allows it.

Delivery times depend on stock availability, your destination and the requirements of the courier or logistics provider handling the order. Any delivery time we mention is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Where an item is out of stock or must be brought in, we will let you know as soon as we can and give you the option to wait, change the order or cancel it.

Please give an accurate contact number and a complete, correct delivery address at checkout. Couriers need a reachable number and a physical address for access.

Delays, failed deliveries or redelivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete details are the customer’s responsibility.

Some Gasaholics products are gas-related, pressurised or otherwise classified as hazardous. These items are subject to courier and transport restrictions and may not qualify for ordinary courier delivery.

• ■Filled LPG cylinders, refills and exchanges are generally collection or specialised delivery only.
• ■Accessories such as regulators, hoses and fittings can usually be couriered normally.
• ■Where a restriction applies, the product page or checkout will indicate collection only.

We do not promise nationwide shipping for products where transport regulations or courier restrictions prohibit it. If you are unsure whether an item can be delivered to you, please contact us before ordering.
